Late Payment & Debt Recovery Clause

​Payment Terms:​

​

Payment is due within the days specified of the invoice date.

​

​Late Payment Fee:

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $25 flat fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.

​

​Debt Collection & Recovery Costs:

If the invoice remains unpaid after the due date and any applicable late fees, Greene Solutions reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency or take legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

The client will be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs.

By accepting our services or products, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, including the application of late fees and any costs incurred for debt recovery.
